Rachel Knows... e.l.f. Mineral Eye Shadow swatches and big pores.

I FINALLY, after meaning to for probably a month now, have gotten swatches of my e.l.f. mineral eye shadows. I love, love, love their mineral eye shadows. They honestly feel and look just like the uber expensive Bare Minerals brand. The e.l.f. eye shadows can be found at http://www.eyeslipsface.com/ for $3 a piece. It is such an insanely, amazingly incredible deal when you get them home and realize how much product you're getting for $3. This stuff could last you years if it didn't go bad. I don't know what the shelf life on these guys are though. Sorry. :-( I do however know that these are an incredible investment. I have every color besides the greens and the blues. I don't do greens and blues. Nothing against those who do, it just doesn't float my boat, but if it puts the motion in your ocean then more power to ya. Wow. My dial is just set to cheeseball tonight. Ok let me put up the picture and describe these beauties to you.

Elegant is very, light champagne. Very subtle.
Natural is shimmery nude. It is showing up orange on here, but it isn't in real life.
Trendy is a shimmery taupe.
Angelic is a shimmery, glittery, stark white.
Royal is a deep, mauve purple.
Sweet is a beautiful, shimmery, pale pink. It is one of my favorites.
Innocent is a matte white. It honestly looks like if you colored on your arm with a piece of chalk. It doesn’t look like that on the eye though, when you hardly use any to highlight.
Sassy is a bronzish brown.
Bronzed is what I would call a copper. It looks like a shiny, new penny.
Golden is a very shiny, yellow gold.
Glamorous is a rosy, mauve purple.
Girly is a light, pinkish purple.
Mysterious is a dove gray.
Caffeinated is a mix of brown, gold and green. It shifts depending on the light.
Confident is a bold, foiled brown.
Wild is a shimmery, chocolate brown.
Enchanting a light terra cotta.
Celebrity is a light goldish, bronzish brown.
Socialite is a matte black.
Smoldering a bluish, shimmery grey.

I ordered a Clarisonic to prepare for my wedding. I have been hearing wonderful things about it for the longest time and I wanted to see if it would give me the same results. It is an interesting feeling when you're using the Clarisonic. It rotates 300 times per second, so you can't see it with your eyes and you don't really feel it either, but it just sort of tickles and makes your cheeks jiggle. Ha-ha. When you’re done your face feels strange. Do you know how your legs feel when you get off a treadmill or a stationary bike? That's how your face feels. Ha-ha. It is hard to describe, but once you try it I think you'll know what I mean. I took before pictures so I can compare my skin each month. My mom asked me if I really was going to put the pictures up and I don't see why not. She said it would gross people out, but I think it just makes sense if you're going to do a thorough review on something. I know I'd like to see if there was progress in someone's skin before I made an investment in something. So here are my “gross” before pictures (I honestly don't think they're that gross. It's just black heads and big pores):

My Right Cheek

My Left Cheek

My Nose
So there's that.*embarrassing* I'll try and do an update every month until the wedding and we'll see if it really does what it says it does. I sure hope it does because I hate blackheads and big pores!
